After confirmed Rusalka is a transmission station, Hudson calling the US Navyto destroy the ship and water station in the Soviet. Mason and Hudson finally kill Dragovich on the ground floor of the station, and swim toward the surface of the water when destroying underway. Weaver claimed victory, but Mason was not sure. Epilogue indicate that the transmission has been given new numbers, implying that the permanent broadcast stations are already active some time before the destruction of Rusalka. The story ends with archive footage of President Kennedy before he was killed, with the broadcaster and Mason said random number. After the second time the numbers appear, the last words of Mason, as well as its presence in the crowd motorcade Kennedy, suggesting that he took part in the Kennedy assassination .
